Amino Z Pty Ltd (registered address 17 Cawarra Rd Caringbah NSW 2229 Australia, herein referred to as "Amino Z") provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at Amino Z, you accept these conditions. Additionally, if you use any products or services in conjunction with, or provided by, Amino Z, including, but not limited to, products purchased, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, is the property of Amino Z or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Amino Z and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. All software used on this site is the property of Amino Z or its software suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
Copyright Complaints
Amino Z respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please let us know by contacting us.
Ordering and Discount Coupon Codes
Only one (1) discount code may be used per order invoice. It CANNOT be combined with any other discount codes.
Unless otherwise specified, discounts are off standard prices and not Club Z prices. We do run specific Club Z promotions where we will explicitly state that the discount is off the Club Z price.
We reserve the right to refuse any sale made. In such instances, we will refund the full amount and advise you.
Volume Discounts
To qualify for advertised volume discounts, items must be of the same size. Variable flavours are allowed. The volume discount cannot be combined with any other discount codes for bulk or volume purchases.
Club Z

Each account is valid for one free trial period if signing up for the recurring membership (either monthly or annual). When this trial period expires, if you have not cancelled your Club Z membership, you will be automatically be charged the membership dues on either a monthly or annual basis.
All membership charges are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel or modify your membership, you can do so automatically in your account. Your membership will remain valid for the remainder of the period that you have already paid for (or for the remainder of your trial period).
The Z Points account credit will automatically be applied for your account for each month that you remain a paid member. This credit is not applied for the initial paid month, but for each subsequent month that your membership remains active without cancellation and without lapsing due to a delayed payment. Annual memberships will receive the monthly Z Points credit in each month after the first month of their paid membership. Should there be a problem in charging the card automatically, we will email you so you can update your card details or ensure that there are adequate funds on your card. We will allow a 2 day grace period to avoid your membership from lapsing and subsequently losing the monthly Z Points benefit.
Club Z deals are available exclusively for Club Z members and represent time-critical heavily discounted offers. No further discounts may be applied if a product is featured as a Club Z deal during the promotional period. This includes, but is not limited to, coupon codes and bulk discounts. Z Points can however still be applied as a discount to your order.
Electronic Communications
When you visit AminoZ.com.au or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Fraud & Chargebacks
We have a strict fraud policy in place in order to protect our customers. When you complete an order and pay by credit card, you may be requested to provide additional information from our Fraud Prevention Officer to prove that you are the credit card owner. Your order will not be dispatched until your details have been verified.
Amino Z has a strict no-tolerance policy against fraud. If your order is found to be fraudulent, or a chargeback is incurred unlawfully, Amino Z will prosecute to the full extent allowable under Australian law. Any details collected by our electronic systems will be supplied to the NSW Police.
The customer accepts liability for any legal and or other expenses incurred by Amino Z in their attempt to obtain payment of any overdue amount.
License and Site Access
Amino Z grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Amino Z. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Amino Z. You may not frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Amino Z without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilising Amino Z's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Amino Z. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by Amino Z. You may not use any Amino Z logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without the express written permission of Amino Z.
Payment - via Afterpay
- All Orders which you place with Afterpay are subject to approval by Afterpay, at their sole discretion. They may choose not to approve an Order or provide credits to you at any time for any reason.
- Afterpay may carry out identity and/or credit checks where it is deemed necessary.
- If your order was not approved by Afterpay, you can still order from us and arrange a payment for your order via another payment method.
Price Beats and Price Scans
We do price beat. Please refer to the price beat approval conditions by clicking on the "10% Price Beat" icon at the top of the website. We reserve the right to refuse any price beat at any time should we believe that the price advertised is incorrect, erroneous, fraudulent or not from a legitimate third-party business.
When providing price scan information, we do our best to provide accurate and up to date information, however we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Amino Z makes no warranty, and expressly declaims all warranties, as to the accuracy or completeness of the information provided. You can apply an automatic price beat based on the information displayed, which will beat our competitor's price by 10% of the difference between our prices. You can also submit a manual price beat instead if you prefer.
Please note that coupon codes do not stack with price beats. You can choose to apply a price beat or to provide a coupon code discount. If you have an active price beat within your shopping cart and also apply a coupon code, the price beat will take priority. You can remove any unwanted price beats directly from your shopping cart.
Returns

110% Guarantee
For any products marked with a "110% Guarantee" ribbon, if you are unhappy with the product within one calendar month (30 days) of receiving your order, we will credit your account with Z Points, of equivalent value 110% of the amount paid to us for the product, plus any the relative shipping fee paid that is attributed to that product. This offer is valid even if the product is opened.
If you prefer a refund, we will refund you in full for the total amount paid for that product carrying the 110% guarantee offer.
A "fair go" policy applies to prevent abuse of this offer. Amino Z, at its full discretion, may reject any claim of this offer if we determine that you are not acting in good faith. Some examples of this include (but are not limited to):
- You have redeemed this offer in the past and continue to redeem it
- You have consumed a significant portion of the product
- You have created multiple accounts to mask redemption activity
- You have initiated a charge back on your purchase
- You have ordered multiple identical or similar products, opened several of them and wish to make a claim on all the products
Pricing
Except where noted otherwise, the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) displayed for products on our web site represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The Recommended Retail Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

Z Points (formerly rewards points) and Referring
Z points accumulated are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Participation with Z points is voluntary and is effective until terminated by either us or you. In order to participate, you must hold an active Amino Z account. Should you wish to terminate your participation in Z points you must email us at hello@aminoz.com.au. We may terminate your participation in Z points at any time with or without cause.
Z points are accumulated on all purchases linked to an account and can be redeemed for other activities (for example, writing an approved product review). Z points do not expire and can be redeemed as a discount on a future order.
Amino Z reserves the right to terminate any account if we, in our sole discretion, deem any account to be undertaking any of the following activities in relation to Z points: fraudulent orders, fraudulent referrals, creation of multiple accounts by a single person, spam (unsolicited email), indiscriminate advertising, breach of any rules and misuse of the Z points programme.
For both Z points and affiliates, you may advertise your unique code through personal websites (such as a blog), or through social media channels (eg. Facebook, Twitter etc.). You may not register, not use, a website that contains "Amino Z" (or similar variations) in the domain name. Coupon code sites are not eligible to earn Z points for referrals (this includes posting referral codes on existing coupon code websites). Paid search advertising using our company name (or similar variations) is prohibited. You must always fully disclose that you are a customer of Amino Z and must at no time suggest that you are part of the official Amino Z company.
There is a maximum of one account per person. Referrals to the same delivery address must obtain approval from us, at the sole discretion of Amino Z, prior to being accepted into the referral program. We have an automated system to ensure that multiple accounts are not created for any single user.
Points are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
If you are a part of any affilite program associated with us (whether it is operated through Amino Z or by a third party), this deems you ineligible to receive Z points for referrals.
All accumulated referral points are stored in your Z points account. This can then be used as a credit on any order you place through our website, on the telephone or in-store.
Amino Z will regularly do checks for referred customers. If the customers you have referred cannot identify you as a referral source, we reserve the right to disqualify you from the program and remove all Z points accumulated.
Amino Z, at its sole discretion may at any time exclude any account from the referral program should we believe that you are participating in breach of these guidelines. This may include program suspension and removal of all Z points accumulated as a result of this breach.
Amino Z may make changes to the Z program at any time without notice. We may modify the terms and conditions of the Z points programme at any time, including termination at our sole discretion. Changes may for example include termination of the programme, changes in the value of Z points, redemption procedures, rules etc. These changes may, at the discretion of Amino Z, be applied retrospectively.
Affiliates
Enrollment into our affiliates program is optional and your account must be approved by our team. You must have a website or company in order to be eligible.
You may advertise your unique code through third-party websites (such as a blog), or through social media channels (eg. Facebook, Twitter etc.). You may not register a website that contains "Amino Z" (or similar variations) in the domain name. Paid search advertising using our company name (or similar variations) is prohibited. If you have been approved to be a part of our affiliate program, commissions earned are paid in cash. To receive payment, please contact our customer service team for manual processing. The earning rates are published in your account.
Product Descriptions
Amino Z attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Amino Z does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Amino Z itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Amino Z are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

"Amino Z", the Amino Z logo, the "Z" logo, the "old" Amino Z logo and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks of Amino Z and may be registered. Other Amino Z graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Amino Z. Amino Z's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Amino Z's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Amino Z. All other trademarks not owned by Amino Z that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Amino Z.
Your Account
