If you're a Club Z member, you get free priority shipping on all orders! You can sign up for free here.

If you're not a Club Z member, if your order is $75 or more, you will have the option to choose free delivery. For smaller orders, we have a standard $9.99* flat rate.

Plus, we guarantee to ship out your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We ship using Australia Post and Couriers Please - you can choose your preferred carrier. We also have express delivery options available should you require your order at lightning speed!

*Please note that some heavy orders being sent to remote areas of Australia may incur a heavy order surcharge to cover the cost of shipping, which will be added to our standard rates.

We ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours on business days. Please note that you may select a priority dispatch option for same-day guaranteed dispatch if everything is in-stock.

PO Box Delivery Yes, we ship to PO Boxes as well as physical addresses!

We DO NOT ship to destinations outside of Australia. Orders are sent via the best and fastest shipping method. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for all orders. You can choose which carrier to use if you have a preference. All orders will be provided with a tracking number.

Click & Collect

You may pickup your order from our stores in Sydney so you won't need to pay for shipping. Please place your order online first to guarantee product availability. Just select Click & Collect in checkout and drop in any time we are open. To pickup your order, please provide your order number and present a valid ID.

Shipping Available Stock

If your order is partially out of stock, you will be notified in your cart and at checkout. If you prefer to have the available items shipped immediately, you can choose to do so at checkout. The costs associated with choosing this option are as follows:
- Club Z Members: Free
- Orders $75+ where free shipping is chosen: Free
- All other orders: The greater between $5 and half of the shipping cost quoted
