For non-Club Z members, free delivery for all orders of $150 or more! If your order is less than than this, then there is a flat rate charge of $6.99 Australia-wide.*

We also have a range of priority options available should you require a premium delivery service (such as expedited dispatch and express post).

*Please note that some heavy orders being sent to remote area's of Australia may incur a heavy order surcharge to cover the high cost of shipping, which will be added to our standard rates.

24 Hour Priority Dispatch

We ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours on business days. Please note that you may select a priority dispatch option for same-day guaranteed dispatch if everything is in-stock.

We ship Australia wide!

PO Box Delivery Yes, we ship to PO Boxes as well as physical addresses!

We DO NOT ship to destinations outside of Australia. Orders are sent via the best and fastest shipping method. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for all orders. You can choose which carrier to use if you have a preference. All orders will be provided with a tracking number.

Click & Collect

You may pickup your order from our stores in Sydney so you won't need to pay for shipping. Please place your order online first to guarantee product availability. Just select Click & Collect in checkout and drop in any time we are open. To pickup your order, please provide your order number and present a valid ID.

Shipping Available Stock

If your order is partially out of stock, you will be notified in your cart and at checkout. If you prefer to have the available items shipped immediately, you can choose to do so at checkout. The costs associated with choosing this option are as follows:
- Club Z Members: Free
- Orders $240+ where free shipping is chosen: Free
- All other orders: The greater between $5 and half of the shipping cost quoted
