Why is this product so much cheaper than similar products on the market?

Many other brands incur a high degree of costs associated with producing products. It is not uncommon for a product to be produced by a third-party manufacturer and then shipped (or imported) to a wholesaler. The wholesaler then sells to a retail store, who on-sells to the customer. The end result is that often four separate businesses are taking profits at each stage (the brand itself, the manufacturer, the wholesaler and the retailer).

We take a very different approach which allows us to keep our cost structure down and we pass those savings on to you, without sacrificing product quality.

We have our own purpose-built manufacturing plant located in Sydney Australia and we sell directly to you. This eliminates all additional parties from the process, thereby eliminating a lot of unnecessary costs.

The significant cost savings we incur allow us to invest into high quality ingredients while still offering a significantly cheaper final product.

Great to have samples

I made a large order that included 4 samples. I have only tried 2 of them. I was a bit disappointed in the Pandan & Cocount flavour as it just tasted like plain coconut to me - but I guess that's what samples are for! It is great not to have to commit to a whole 1kg before tasting.

AminoZ is an amazing company to deal with. Communication is second to none, delivery times are exceptional and their whey protein isolate flavours never disappoint. On top of all that AminoZ is constantly working to introduce new flavours (often based on community feedback.. they listen). There have been a few flavours on my wish list that I have wanted to try, but didn't want to commit to a 1 kg pack, in case it wasn't my cup of tea. The introduction of AminoZ Whey Protein Isolate Single Serve Sample packs is brilliant. I was able to try Pandan & Coconut, Caramelised Dutch Cookie and Brazilian Chocolate Brigadeiro. Wow the Pandan & Coconut was amazing, with such a unique flavour profile. The flavour leans into Southeast Asian dessert territory with fragrant pandan, creamy coconut and a hint of vanilla-like sweetness. The coconut taste is softer than I expected, enabling the pandan to be the centrepiece. A perfect balance of flavours! The Caramelised Dutch Cookie flavour is impressive. A balanced hint of caramel and cinnamon with buttery biscuit pieces throughout. The Brazilian Chocolate Brigadeiro is rich and flavourful. Think condensed-milk chocolate truffle, not the usual generic milk chocolate taste. So now my only dilemma is which one do I add to my list of favourites....maybe all three!!

Pandan!!!

When I saw the Pandan flavour advertised I absolutely had to try it, and I love it. Flavour is exceptional, texture is so smooth and not gritty in either water or milk of some kind. It leaves me feeling full but not heavy. I've definitely also noticed better recovery from my gym exercises when I do have it too.

As a person that never liked the taste of any whey protein from any brand before, I have to say that Amino Z is the best I’ve ever tried. I haven’t tried many flavours but Brigadeiro, White Chocolate and Strawberry are soooo good! Brigadeiro flavour is a must have.

Got some samples to try different flavours. It turns out they are perfect for breaking from the boredom of shakes. From chia puddings to healthy desserts! The protein doesn’t leave that weird after taste. It has a good balanced flavour and the ones I’ve tried so far don’t have that artificial flavour either. Will get more for sure!!

Although our 110% Guarantee covers most situations, we will go out of our way to ensure that you're happy. Whenever a problem is incurred that is not your fault, we will be happy to arrange return shipping (if applicable) and the shipment of any replacement goods to you to avoid any further cost and inconvenience. All you need to do is contact us so we can jump on it as quickly as possible.

Here's what we will do in certain situations:

- Your item has been damaged/lost in transit (we'll replace it)
- Incorrect goods received (although rare, we'll ship off the correct item)
- A problem with the actual product or anything else (we'll do what is necessary to fix things for you!)

So we can fix things quickly for you, please let us know of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your goods. In certain situations we may ask for a photograph (for example if the product is damaged in transit, so we can take it up with the delivery company to avoid future issues).

If you do receive an incorrect product, please do not open the actual product so we can arrange a resolution quickly.
