Why is this product so much cheaper than similar products on the market?

Many other brands incur a high degree of costs associated with producing products. It is not uncommon for a product to be produced by a third-party manufacturer and then shipped (or imported) to a wholesaler. The wholesaler then sells to a retail store, who on-sells to the customer. The end result is that often four separate businesses are taking profits at each stage (the brand itself, the manufacturer, the wholesaler and the retailer).

We take a very different approach which allows us to keep our cost structure down and we pass those savings on to you, without sacrificing product quality.

We have our own purpose-built manufacturing plant located in Sydney Australia and we sell directly to you. This eliminates all additional parties from the process, thereby eliminating a lot of unnecessary costs.

I've ordered a few of AminoZ products, I thought I'd give the WPI isolate a try and I'm really glad I did. The flavours are delicious, I've given the Chocolate Malt, Pandan & Coconut Gelato as well as the White Chocolate flavours a try so far and loved them - like drinking a milkshake, whilst at the same time getting a protein boost. The use of Thaumatin as a sweetener was a nice little surprise (derived from plants) since it adds the perfect amount of sweetness without any aftertaste. Thank you Aminoz for a wonderful product and so many flavours!

Strawberry and ice coffee are 10/10. amazing flavor and mixability is next level.
bit of a miss with Brazilian choc but they replaced it with another flavor. cant imagine going elsewhere for protein anymore

Amino Z Whey Protein Isolate WPI - Chocolate

I purchased the Amino Z Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) – Chocolate flavour. I add the WPI Chocolate to water with my morning oats and sometimes I add bananas. The WPI clumps a little bit to start with but some good stirring gets the job done and it dissolves pretty good. I'm lactose intolerant (especially to milk) and I have no problems with taking the WPI 3 x times a day. I’m very happy that I can take the WPI because it means that I don’t have to go for a plant-based product.
I received the package quickly (within about 2 and a half days) and the notification + follow up service from Amino Z has been fantastic.
The chocolate tastes pretty good. I didn't think it would taste as good as it does and it smells pretty good too. I am pleasantly surprised and looking forward to trying out more of the flavours. Let the good times roll !

The Aussie chocolate flavour is really nice and easy to drink. Usually I'm not a fan of mixing protein powder with water but Aussie chocolate flavour mixes really well and gives a great taste!

Best with cold water

My favourite flavours so far have been melon milk, banana as well as pandan and coconut gelato. I tried some of the flavours with milk but they definitely taste best with 250ml cold water as per the instructions on the package.

Other Returns

Whenever a problem is incurred that is not your fault, we will be happy to arrange return shipping (if applicable) and the shipment of any replacement goods to you to avoid any further cost and inconvenience. All you need to do is contact us so we can jump on it as quickly as possible.

Here's what we will do in certain situations:

- Your item has been damaged/lost in transit (we'll replace it)
- Incorrect goods received (although rare, we'll ship off the correct item)
- A problem with the actual product or anything else (we'll do what is necessary to fix things for you!)

So we can fix things quickly for you, please let us know of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your goods. In certain situations we may ask for a photograph (for example if the product is damaged in transit, so we can take it up with the delivery company to avoid future issues).

If you do receive an incorrect product, please do not open the actual product so we can arrange a resolution quickly.
