Harmony Menopause Day and Night is a synergistic blend of herbs traditionally used to help relieve symptoms of menopause and promote a good night’s sleep.

Harmony Menopause Day and Night formulation specifically addresses menopause symptoms where sleeplessness is of major concern. The potent night formula helps relieve night sweats, sleeplessness and restless disturbed sleep.

Our other Harmony formulations also help with sleeplessness. However, Harmony Menopause Day and Night has the addition of the sleep specific herb Ziziphus jujube seed in a high therapeutic dose of 10g.

Our formula also has additional symptom relief to help provide support for hot flushes, mild anxiety and irritability.

Ingredients

Each Tablet contains extract equivalent to the dried herbs:

Day tablet:

Rehmannia glutinosa root: 1.2g, Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree): 100mg, Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai): 200mg, Dioscorea opposita root (Chinese Yam): 200mg, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony): 200mg, Bupleurum falcatum root: 200mg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate: 350gm. Equiv calcium 81.6mg, Calcium amino acid chelate: 50mg. Equiv calcium 10mg, Magnesium amino acid chelate:50mg. Equiv magnesium 10mg), Cholecalciferol: 2.5mcg (Vitamin D3 100IU)

Night tablet:

Rehmannia glutinosa root: 7.6g, Ziziphus jujube seed: 10g

Directions

Take 2 DAY tablets in the morning.
Take 1 NIGHT tablet in the evening

Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.  Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals

For any opened product (Club Z members only), we understand that trying new supplements sometimes carries some uncertainty. Perhaps you’re not sure about a new flavour, or you just bought the wrong product. So if you're not happy with your purchase within 5 scoops (or 5 serves) and 30 days from the date of purchase, you can send it back for a full money-back guarantee! Other Returns

Whenever a problem is incurred that is not your fault, we will be happy to arrange return shipping (if applicable) and the shipment of any replacement goods to you to avoid any further cost and inconvenience. All you need to do is contact us so we can jump on it as quickly as possible.

Here's what we will do in certain situations:

- Your item has been damaged/lost in transit (we'll replace it)
- Incorrect goods received (although rare, we'll ship off the correct item)
- A problem with the actual product or anything else (we'll do what is necessary to fix things for you!)

So we can fix things quickly for you, please let us know of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your goods. In certain situations we may ask for a photograph (for example if the product is damaged in transit, so we can take it up with the delivery company to avoid future issues).

If you do receive an incorrect product, please do not open the actual product so we can arrange a resolution quickly.
