This Warm Goat's Cheese Salad recipe is a tasty and nutritious one dish meal. Goat's cheese is rich in calcium and protein, but has lower amount of fat compared to other traditional cheeses. In this recipe we serve warm goat's cheese with vinaigrette dressing, bread toast, cherry tomatoes and lettuce. A complete meal that's low in GI, fat and calories.
