This Kale and Spinach Turnovers is a tasty, easy and quick snack or side recipe. Kale is a good source of lutein, known beneficial to eye health. It is also rich in protein, fibre, calcium, vitamins A and C. Serve it as a side to steak or roast chicken, or enjoy two turnovers as a meatless entree. They are also a great made ahead snack, just reheat in a toaster oven before serving.
