Depends on the type of pimple...

There is little you can do if you are going through hormonal changes which cause pimples... This happens at puberty or if you are altering your hormones through supplements. 

First try the simplest solution. Wash your face several times per day with warm water and handsoap (old trick) :) This helps to dry out the skin and dry up the pimples. 

Pimples may also be a reaction to your food. Eat clean for 1 week and see how things go. Cut out dairy, fried foods, wheat, grains, and foods high in saturated fats (red meat), caffeine and alcohol. Instead, reach for fruits, berries, almonds, greens, cauliflower, peppers, fish, poultry and eggs. Cook with olive, avocado or coconut oils. Finally, drink a herbal tea like rooibas or green tea. This diet is high in healthy proteins, fats and really big on anti-oxidants, which cause all sorts of unpleasant reactions by the body, including pimples as the body tries to get rid of toxins.

Dislocating a shoulder is a relatively quick recovery, if it is the first time it has happened. Give it two weeks rest, and keep inflammation down with ice packs and a good anti-inflammatory, if necessary. This will help get you back on track quicker. Next, the ligaments which hold the shoulder in place may be damaged or stretched, so the first exercises to start will be with very light weights (2kg-3kg), just working on the shoulder mobility and strength with internal and external rotations, working on the rotator cuff muscles.

Keeping up with all your other regular exercises which do not aggravate the shoulder is absolutely fine, and you won't lose form if you keep those up. Gradually add in fly's, reverse fly's, dumbbell bench, dumbbell shoulder press, etc all at VERY light weights. The final step will occur in the 4 to 6th week post-injury, where you gradually increase the intensity back to what it was prior to the dislocation. It is a good idea to continue to work on tightening and strengthening the rotator cuff muscles from now on to prevent another dislocation.

Or, you can keep one or two premixed/ ready to drink in your lunch bag where they'll stay cool if necessary. Drink this when you would normally take a water break. There are also meal replacements that you could try out, grabbing a bite on your 15 min breaks.

Light to moderate cardio activity actually consumes very little sugar energy, and can easily rely on your fat burning cycle for energy. You should be able to run just fine on a few grams (5 to 15) of carbs 2 to 4 hours before your jog.

First, congratulaitons on losing 16kg! That's fantastic!

The trouble with places like Curves is that it does not allow you to improve beyond the initial plateau; know that it is not just you, but many others who have experienced the very same effect!

The body responds to demands- if you exercise in the same way for months on end, your body adapts to those demands within weeks or months (as it did when you initially saw results) and then stops improving once the activity is no longer a challenge. The key here is change- that'll keep it interesting, far from boring and a challenge! You'll need a more diverse exercise program to continue to see results.

On running; there are ways to gradually introduce running into your routine 2 -3 days per week. Start off with small goals, and alternate between running and walking, even if it is just to the end of your block. You can jog and/ or walk at a comfortable pace and progress from there.
