It’s no lie, training can be very hard work. Especially when reaching that point of failure, our bodies are more than likely able to push that extra mile but our brains can easily give up before hand. I am sure if the feeling of physical pain did not exist during hard exercise we probably would all be super fit with six packs! Sadly, we do not live in fantasy land and that deep muscle burn we usually feel is not going to go away anytime soon! Alternatively, we could try adapting to this pain and find different techniques in helping us to mentally push through this pain barrier.
