Many people believe that working out is the most important aspect to reaching your fitness goals. Whilst it is very important, it is only one small piece of the pie. There are many more factors which need to be addressed if you really want to stand out and have that physique you so badly want.
Go into any gym, health club or PT studio and you will see people training hard. Pop back into those same places 12 months later and you will see only few people have made improvements.
Go into your typical gym and look around. What do you see? No doubt you'll see 95% of the people exercising very leisurely. Go into the same gym a year later. Take a look at that same group of people - how different do they look?
