INGREDIENTS

1.50 cup (291 g)
  Tofu (Firm), cubed
5 g
  Hoisin Sauce
10 g
  Soy Sauce
0.25 cup (24 g)
  Leeks, sliced thinly
30 g
  Onion, chopped
2.00 clove (6 g)
  Garlic, minced
1.00 teaspoon (3 g)
  Ginger, grated
1.00 teaspoon (5 g)
  Olive Oil
5 g
  Sesame Seeds, toasted
 

METHOD

1. Heat oil in a medium-sized non-stick skillet, cook tofu until golden. Set aside.

2. In the same skillet, saute onion, garlic and ginger until onion becomes translucent.

3. Add tofu, hoisin sauce, and leeks. Stir and cook for 3 minutes.

4. Serve in platter, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and enjoy!
