How does grilled steak and vege's for lunch sound, or even a beautifully piece of grilled chicken and salad. Nice I know, and the best part is, even if you say you cannot cook, with this baby anyone can do it. What is it you say...

Let me start off saying that I am not being remunerated in any way for my comments. I just love this machine so much (mine is used at least twice a day) that I just wanted to share it with you. For those who are reading this and you have one, you know exactly what I am talking about. For those who don't, I suggest you slip your runners on and race down to your nearest shop and buy one. This machine is so cool, sticking to your diet actually becomes something you want to do.

Ok, I am lucky that I know how to cook (my wife is a chef, plus I wasn't prepared to go hungry), but for sheer convenience nothing beats this grill. I have one at work, and when its time for lunch I simply turn the bad boy on, let him heat up and through a steak on the grill. At the same time I pop 500g of frozen vege's in the microwave, pop on high for the required length of time and before you know it, you have the perfect bodybuilding meal: 50g of protein, 50g of low glycemic carbohydrates, and minimal fat because it has all run into the fat collection tray. Use a bit of salt to taste, and wash it all down with a can of Pepsi Max - who said dieting cannot be enjoyable.

I have eaten like this throughout the last year, and I can almost say for certain, that my high consumption of beef has greatly enhanced the size and fullness of my physique, and this has only been possible with the George Foreman grill. 

We all know how important it is to eat right, well, this grill just makes it possible.
