  Green Mango, thinly sliced

  Shallots, chopped
1.00 tablespoon (11 g)
  Dry Roasted Peanuts, unsalted, chopped
0.75 lime (16 g)
  Lime Juice
1.00 tablespoon (29 g)
  Honey
15 g
  Fish Sauce
1 g
  Hot Chili, chopped
 

METHOD

1. Combine lime juice, honey and fish sauce in a large bowl. Stir in chili and shallots. Set aside.

2. Add in mangoes, carrots and bean sprouts.Toss to coat well.

3. Transfer in a platter and sprinkle with chopped peanuts..

4. Serve and enjoy.
