INGREDIENTS

  silken tofu
1.50 cup (390 g)
  soy milk
30 g
  splenda no calorie sweetener
15 g
  vanilla extract
48.00 berry (576 g)
  fresh strawberries, quartered
60 g
  dry roasted almonds, slivered
 

METHOD

1. In a food processor, combine the tofu, soy milk, vanilla, and splenda. Process for 1 minute until smooth.

2. Divide mixture into 4 ramekins, top with strawberries and sprinkle almonds.

3. Serve and enjoy.
