  balsamic vinegar

  fresh strawberries, halved

  garlic, minced

  feta cheese, crumbled
3.00 teaspoon (15 g)
  dijon mustard
3.00 tablespoon (86 g)
  honey
0.75 cup (162 g)
  olive oil
30.00 nuts (36 g)
  dry roasted almonds, slivered
 

METHOD

1. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, honey, and oil.

2. Combine the toasted almonds, spinach, strawberries, and feta cheese in large bowl. Cover with the dressing, and toss to coat.

3. Serve and enjoy.
