INGREDIENTS

  strawberries
12.00 2 scoops (684 g)
     Met Rx Protein Plus Pancake Mix   
3.00 tablespoon (41 g)
  olive oil
3.00 egg (90 g)
  egg white
3.75 cup (938 g)
  water
 

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients together in bowl. Mix well.

2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture and cook until lightly browned on  both sides. 

3. Transfer in a serving dish. drizzle with honey if desired.

4. Serve and enjoy.
