SUMMARY
Lassi is a popular Indian drink recipe, this version has a smooth and creamy texture from fresh strawberries and yoghurt. For added flavor put a few drops of rose water, it blends perfectly in this refreshing healthy drink!
INGREDIENTS
13.33 berry (160 g)
Fresh Strawberries, halved
0.67 tub (139 g)
Low-Fat Yogurt, Natural
2.00 teaspoon (4 g)
Splenda (Intense Sweetener)
0.67 teaspoon (3 g)
Rose Water
0.67 cup (167 g)
Crushed Ice
METHOD
1. Place strawberries, yoghurt, sweetener and rose water in a blender. Blend for 1 minute.
2. Add crushed ice and blend till smooth about 1-2 minutes.
3. Pour in glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries.
4. Serve immediately.
