INGREDIENTS

  Bananas, peeled

  Fresh Strawberries
50 g
  Skim Milk
150 g
  Low-Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
 

METHOD

1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients for 2 minutes until smooth.

2. Add one cup crushed ice and liquify for another minute.

3. Serve in tall glasses. Garnish with sliced banana and strawberry.
