INGREDIENTS

4.00 tablespoon (20 g)
  wheat bran
0.50 cup (81 g)
  raisin
2.00 Tablepoon (28 g)
  peanut butter, reduced fatchunky
10.00 berry (80 g)
  strawberry
1.00 banana (101 g)
  banana
0.50 cup (130 g)
  soymilk
 

METHOD

1.  Chop the banana and strawberries into small pieces.

2.  Mix them together in a cereal bowl, and mix in the peanut butter, mush it all together into a big glob.

3.  Mix in soymilk, mixing and adding, depending on how thick you would like it.

4.  Add wheat bran and raisins, the proportions are a reference point, but use your instincts.
