INGREDIENTS

  mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
6.00 apricot (120 g)
  apricots, pitted and chopped
600 g
  frozen strawberries, hulled and chopped
12.00 1 Heaping Scoop (420 g)
     BSN Lean Dessert Protein Powder   
6.00 cup (1,560 g)
  skim milk
6.00 cup (1,500 g)
  water
 

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process for 30 to 40 seconds or until smooth.

2. Pour in glasses. If desired, garnish each glass with a whole strawberry or mango slices. 

3. Serve and enjoy.
