Fresh strawberries are mingled with fat-free cream cheese and sour cream in this wonderful low fat treat!
1. Whip together cream cheese, sour cream and splenda in a mixer.
2. Divide half of the strawberries into 4 ramekins.
3. Spoon cream mixture into strawberries and spread evenly.
4. Top with remaining berries. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
5. Cover and chill for 30- 45 minutes
5. Serve and enjoy.
