INGREDIENTS

  fresh prawns, peeled
3.00 chili (30 g)
  red hot pepper, chopped
1.50 teaspoon (3 g)
  cayenne pepper, ground
6.00 tablespoon (13 g)
  mixed fresh herbs, chopped
3.00 tablespoon (67 g)
  tomato paste, unsalted
3 g
  sea salt
0.75 teaspoon (1 g)
  black pepper, ground
6.00 tablespoon (81 g)
  olive oil
 

METHOD

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant.

2. Add chili, cayenne, tomato paste, prawns and herbs. Stir fry until it changes color. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Transfer into a serving dish.

4. Serve and enjoy.
