INGREDIENTS

  peaches, peeled, stoned and sliced
12.00 1 Heaping Scoop (420 g)
     BSN Lean Deesert Protein Powder, vanilla flavour   
6 g
  fresh ginger, grated
1.50 Tsp (3 g)
  cardamom, ground
9.00 cup (2,250 g)
  water
3.00 cup (750 g)
  ice cubes
 

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in blender. Process for 30 to 40 seconds or until smooth.

2. Pour in glasses. Garnish with peach slices.

3. Serve and enjoy.
