INGREDIENTS

  Ginger, ground

  Cinnamon, ground

2.00 cup (500 g)
  Boiling water
0.50 lime (11 g)
  Lime Juice
0.50 tablespoon (14 g)
  Honey
 

METHOD

1. Place ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and honey into a large teapot. 

2. Pour boiling water over and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Add lime juice and stir.

3. To serve, pour tea into 4 cups. Enjoy!
