INGREDIENTS

  cream cheese, fat-free
225 g
  apple, cored and chopped
3.00 stalk (120 g)
  celery ribs, chopped
0.38 teaspoon (1 g)
  white pepper, ground
0.75 teaspoon (1 g)
  cinnamon, ground
 

METHOD

1. Beat cream cheese in a small mixing bowl until light and fluffy.

2. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

3. Serve with wholewheat crackers and enjoy.
