0.20 Juice of 1 lemon (9 g)
  Lemon Juice
0.40 tablespoon (2 g)
  Fresh Chives, chopped
0.20 onion (18 g)
  Onion, chopped
0.20 teaspoon (0 g)
  Paprika
0.20 teaspoon (0 g)
  Black Pepper, ground
 

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor; puree until smooth.

2. Chill for 1 hour.

3. Serve with toasted wholegrain bread.
