INGREDIENTS

1,500 g
  lean chicken breast, fillet
3.00 clove (9 g)
  garlic, minced
2 g
  sea salt
2 g
  black pepper, ground
1.50 teaspoon (3 g)
  paprika
3.00 tablespoon (41 g)
  olive oil
 

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 475 F (240 C).

2. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.

3. Place chicken in a baking dish, rub chicken with oil and paprika mixture. 

5. Roast uncovered until dark, about 15-20 minutes. Cover loosely with aluminum foil; continue to roast until an instant read thermometer inserted  reads 165 F (80 C), about 30 minutes more.

6. Transfer to a platter; garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

7. Serve and enjoy.
