INGREDIENTS

12.00 Scoop (372 g)
  Optimum Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Powder, vanilla flavour
6.00 cup (1,560 g)
  skim milk
12.00 apricot (240 g)
  fresh apricots, peeled and sliced
6.00 tablespoon (108 g)
  flaxseed oil
6.00 cup (1,500 g)
  cold water
 

METHOD

1. Place apricots, milk, flaxseed oil and protein powder in a blender. Process for 10 seconds.

2. Add ice and blend for another 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.

3. Pour in glasses.

4. Serve and enjoy.
