INGREDIENTS

  Pork Chops, lean
50 g
  Button Mushrooms, sliced
0.50 cup (133 g)
  Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed, canned
3 g
  Soy Sauce
1.50 clove (5 g)
  Garlic, minced
25 g
  Onion, sliced
1 g
  Black Pepper, ground
1 g
  Sea Salt
0.50 tablespoon (7 g)
  Olive Oil
 

METHOD

1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

2. Brown the chops over medium-high heat in a large skillet.

3. Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms, and cook for one minute.

4. Add cream of mushroom soup over chops. Cover and reduce temperature to medium-low. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until chops are cooked through.

5. Serve with mashed potatoes or steamed veggies.
