This dessert recipe really taste good, a must try at home! It provides good amount of calcium to keep our bones strong and healthy!
1. Simmer milk, gelatin, yolk, vanilla and half of sugar (25g) for 3 minutes. Cool Slightly.
3. In a bowl, beat whites and add remaining sugar (25g). Beat till stiff.
5. Fold in white mixture then add in sliced peaches.
6. Pour into 4 margarita glasses.
7. Chill for 2-3 hours.
8. Serve. Garnish with mint leaves.
