INGREDIENTS

  Peaches, peeled
100 g
  Low-Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
50 g
  Skim Milk
5.00 mL (7 g)
  Honey
 

METHOD

1. Place peaches in a blender, then add yogurt, milk and honey.

2. Blend for 1 minute.

3. Add 1 cup crushed ice and liquify for another minute.

4. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
