SUMMARY

Parsley Lamb Patties is a healthy recipe that's quick and easy to cook in a one-pot dinner.  Lamb contains naturally-occurring substances called purines which is not advisable for people with kidney damage.  Lambs can provide a valuable amount of omega-3 fatty acids in the diet, approximately 50% the amount provided by cod fish or tuna on an ounce-for-ounce basis. Lamb can also contain a cardioprotective fatty acid and a very good source of immunity-supportive protein and selenium. It is also rich heart-healthy vitamin B12 and niacin; blood sugar-balancing zinc; and energy-producing phosphorus.
