This recipe is made of fresh ripe papaya, lime, yogurt and honey. This Papaya-Lime Shake is low in fat and good for your tummy too! Yoghurt contains live microorganisms (probiotics) for healthy digestion and also to help you lose weight easily.

INGREDIENTS

1.00 cup (250 g)
  Crushed Ice
1.50 cup (222 g)
  Papaya
100 g
  Low-Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
1.00 lime (21 g)
  Lime Juice
1.00 tablespoon (29 g)
  Honey
 

METHOD

1. Place diced papaya in a blender.

2. Add lime juice, yogurt and honey.

3. Blend for 1 minute.

4. Add some crushed ice (1 cup) and blend for another 1 minute.

5. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with sliced papaya and mint sprigs.
