1. Place diced papaya in a blender.
2. Add lime juice, yogurt and honey.
3. Blend for 1 minute.
4. Add some crushed ice (1 cup) and blend for another 1 minute.
5. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with sliced papaya and mint sprigs.
