METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 400 F (200 C).
2. Place milk, flour and egg in individual small bowls; set aside.
3. Combine breadcrumbs and flavored salt in a medium bowl; set aside.
4. Submerge each mushroom in milk; shake off excess liquid and dredge in flour.
5. Submerge in beaten egg; dredge in breadcrumbs.
6. Place on baking sheet; repeat with remaining mushrooms.
7. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
8. Serve warm.
