  grapes, seedless
3.00 apple (420 g)
  apple, peeled, cored and diced
12.00 1 scoop (480 g)
     Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein Powder   
12.00 cup (3,000 g)
  water
 

METHOD

1. Place pineapple, grapes, apple, protein powder (Aussie Bodies Perfect Protein Powder), and water in a blender. Process until smooth.

2. Pour in individual glasses. Garnish with a few grapes, if desired.

3. Serve and enjoy.
