A quick and easy Mexican inspired pate with a kick. It is made of kidney beans, ground cumin, coriander and chili. It is low in fat, GI and  calorie, only 50 kcalories per serve!

  Chili Powder
0.13 cup (31 g)
  Water

  Sea Salt

  Black Pepper, ground

  Olive Oil
 

METHOD

1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Add water and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Serve with wholegrain bread or wheat crackers.
