  Low-Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
50 g
  Banana, sliced
0.25 tablespoon (7 g)
  Honey
50 g
  Skim Milk
0.25 cup (63 g)
  Crushed Ice
 

METHOD

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.

2. Pour into ramekins or glasses.

3. Chill for 2 hours. 

4. Garnish with fresh melon - scooped into balls (optional).

4. Serve and enjoy!
