INGREDIENTS

  watermelon, seedless
1,000 g
  honeydew melon, seeds removed
1,000 g
  cantaloupe (rockmelon), seeds removed
2.00 lime (42 g)
  lime juice
2.00 cup (500 g)
  water
40 g
  Splenda
2.00 tablespoon (8 g)
  mint, chopped
 

METHOD

1. Using a melon baller, form three kinds of melons into balls.

2. Combine lime juice, water, Splenda and mint in a small bowl.

3. Place melon balls in a medium bowl and drizzle with lime syrup mixture.

4. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

5. Serve and enjoy.
