INGREDIENTS

1.00 cup (207 g)
  Mango, cubed
50 g
  Skim Milk
100 g
  Low-Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
1.00 teaspoon (5 g)
  Rose Water
 

METHOD

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes. 

2. Add 1 cup crushed ice and liquify for another minute.

3. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
