INGREDIENTS

  mango, cubed
600 g
  kiwi
12.00 1 Heaping Scoop (420 g)
     BSN Lean Dessert Protein Powder   
9.00 cup (2,250 g)
  water
3.00 cup (750 g)
  ice cubes
 

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process for 30 to 40 minutes, or until smooth.

2. Pour in glasses.

3. Serve and enjoy.
