This delicious low-fat Mango Banana Smoothie packs a powerful nutritional punch and gets your day off to a terrific start! A thick flavoured low-fat milk shake with a tropical touch. This recipe is rich in potassium, calcium and fibre which may help you lose weight easily.
1. Cut banana and mango flesh into chunks.
2. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
3. Add 1 cup crushed ice and liquify for another 2 minutes.
4. Pour into 2 highball glasses. Garnish with sliced mango and mint leaves.
