This refreshing low-fat drink recipe uses fresh lychees and yogurt. They are rich sources of vitamin C, potassium, phosphorous and calcium, essentially beneficial to bone health and also to the immune system.

Fresh Lychees, sliced
0.67 tub (139 g)
Low-Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
0.67 lime (14 g)
3.33 mL (5 g)
3.33 teaspoon (17 g)
0.67 cup (167 g)
1. Place lychees, yogurt, honey and rose water in a blender.
2. Blend for 1 minute.
3. Add 1 cup crushed ice and liquify for another minute.
4. Serve in glasses and garnish with sliced lychees and cherries.
