SUMMARY
This version of Mango Tapioca is easy to make and very delicious. You just mix mangoes, tapioca, milk and sweetener altogether and chill for 1 hour. A favorite low-fat, low calorie mango dessert recipe you will surely enjoy especially on a hot summer day!

METHOD
1. Place the boiled tapioca in a strainer, rinse it for a minute or two under cold running water, then transfer to a large-sized mixing bowl.
2. Pour in the milk, then add diced mangoes and sweetener. Mix well.
3. Laddle in ramekins or glasses, cover and chill for 1 hour.
4. Serve topped with sliced mangoes and fresh mint sprigs.
