1. Place fruit preserves at the bottom of a 6 or 7 oz ramekin.
2. Top with yogurt.
3. Then add sugar on top.
4. Using a torch, melt the sugar to form a crispy top.
5. Cool for a few minutes then top with fresh fruit.
6. Serve immediately.
