This is so easy to make, and it's absolutely delicious! Use your favorite fruit preserves and instead of the custard cream use low-fat yogurt for this healthy dessert recipe! Yogurt contains high amount of protein and bone-building calcium. It can also help you lose weight and fend off a cold.

INGREDIENTS

0.50 cup (129 g)
  Stewed Peaches
0.50 tub (104 g)
  Low-Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavored
1.00 teaspoon (4 g)
  Sugar
0.50 peach (73 g)
  Fresh Peach
 

METHOD

1. Place fruit preserves at the bottom of a 6 or 7 oz ramekin.

2. Top with yogurt.

3. Then add sugar on top.

4. Using a torch, melt the sugar to  form a crispy top.

5. Cool  for a few minutes then top with fresh fruit.

6. Serve immediately.
