Holidays aren't complete without a colourful fruit salad for dessert. Try this low-calorie treat that combines fresh strawberries, raspberries, watermelons and mint.
1. Combine mint, lime and sugar in a large bowl. then add onto the large bowl with mixed fruits.
2. Add in the cherries (pitted, if you like), strawberries, raspberries and watermelon.
3. Mix gently to combine and let stand for 10 mins.
4. Chill for 30 minutes.
5. Serve and enjoy.
