This low-calorie banana split parfait is rich in vitamin C, potassium and fiber. It also contains 3 natural sugars – glucose, fructose and sucrose, making bananas an ideal source of energy.
1. Place 1 tablespoon yogurt in each parfait glass, then sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cereals.
2. Add some sliced bananas and 1 tablespoon stewed strawberries .
3. Repeat procedure for second layer.
4. Top with yogurt, fresh strawberries and banana slices.
5. Chill for 1 hour. Serve.
