INGREDIENTS

0.13 teaspoon (1 g)
  salt
0.25 teaspoon (1 g)
  lemon peel, finely grated
0.50 teaspoon (1 g)
  ground black pepper
1.00 teaspoon (5 g)
  olive oil
1.00 teaspoon (5 g)
  lemon juice
250 g
  turkey breast, lean, without skin and fat
 

METHOD

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. (177 degrees Celsius)

2.  Place cleaned turkey breasts in a small baking dish.

3.  Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, pepper, lemon peel and salt in a small bowl.

4.  Brush turkey breasts with mixture. Place chicken in oven, and bake for 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear and a meat thermometer reads 180 degrees F or 82 degrees Celsius

5.  Remove from oven, let cool a few minutes and serve.
