INGREDIENTS

  kiwi, peeled and sliced

  frozen strawberries, hulled and halved
6.00 tub (1,248 g)
  low-fat yogurt, vanilla
9.00 cup (2,340 g)
  skim milk
6.00 1 Heaping Scoop (210 g)
     BSN Lean Dessert Protein Powder, Whipped Vanilla Cream flavour   
6.00 teaspoon (11 g)
  cinnamon, ground
 

METHOD

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Process for 30 to 40 seconds or until smooth.

2. Pour in glasses.
