Jay, what is the duration of your weights and cardio workouts?

Well I don't perform the two consecutively. Weights are always in the morning. Cardio will either be in the afternoon (about 10 hours after weights if on the same day), or on it's own day. This is what results in typically 8 gym visits each week in my current training regime.

With my weights, I perform a 15 minute (roughly) warm-up. The actual workout itself lasts anywhere from 25-40 minutes depending upon how many sets I have to fit in. I like to aim below 30 minutes.

Cardio is variable. Typically a 5 minute warmup. Working part between 13-17 minutes usually. Cool down of 5 minutes. If you go through my online training journal, the times of each cardio workout is recorded.
