An Indian inspired recipe, fresh prawns, scallops and fish are simmered with coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric and chili to make this aromatic and flavourful dish. This recipe is low in fat and only has167 kcalories per serve!
1. Heat oil in a medium-sized pot, saute onion and garlic until onion becomes translucent.
2. Add seafood, tomatoes and chili, cook for 5 minutes or until tomatoes are tender.
3. Add coconut milk, curry powder, turmeric and coriander leaves. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
4. Place in serving bowl and serve immediately.
